First of all you need to have an attack level of 40 before you can get the Rune Hally, if you can't get Rune Hally you can use runes.

Step 1

Use the money making tip "Make Money and Gold"and make 100k.

Step 2

Once you have 100k type "buying rune hally 100k" and someone might trade one with you.

Yes you have just lost a bit of money! but it is way worth it.

Step 3

Go to a place called Wizards Tower, if you go into the first room you will see a staircase and a ladder ignore the ladder and go up the stairs. You have to go to the top floor.

Step 4

You should see a room on the right hand side, go inside, it will have a big red demon in. With your Rune Hally attack the demon, don't worry he cannot attack you, just kill him and sometimes he will drop Rune Medium Helmets, they sell for quite a bit. All you have to do after that is take the laws you have just got and use a spell called 'Telekinetick Grab' to grab items that you can see but not reach. To do this you must be 33 Mage level.
